Lebanese actress May Bo Gossein stunned audiences with a unique spider-inspired costume during her participation in the production of "Park Al Khairan," currently staged in Kuwait. Portraying the Lebanese character "Arza," the actress used the occasion to deliver a distinct theatrical presence that blends simplicity with visual creativity.

Charbel Zouei Transforms Cotton into a Crystal Masterpiece

Lebanese designer Charbel Zouei creatively translated the spider concept into a non-traditional casual look, using a basic white cotton t-shirt as the foundation. The front featured a large handmade red spider crafted from crystals, while the back was fully covered by a crystal-encrusted spiderweb.

The look was completed with red web-inspired crystal gloves and blue jeans to maintain a casual vibe. Zouei stated the goal was to express the idea without classical exaggeration, focusing on handcrafted details to turn ordinary pieces into theatrical art.

Self-Applied Makeup Completes the Character Scene

The look extended beyond clothing, as Gossein personally applied her makeup with precision. She utilized red web-inspired graphics around the eyes and cheek, complemented by bold red lipstick.

This outfit is part of a broader theatrical experience, where the actress aims to present "Arza" with visual details reflecting the role's depth and Lebanese symbolism. This participation highlights Arab artists' interest in merging theater with contemporary visual expressions to captivate audiences creatively.
