Iranian President Masoud Bruzhekian has emphasized his determination to remain in office despite the numerous pressures and obstacles facing his government.

Internal and External Pressures

In a recent speech, Bruzhekian stated, 'I have announced in writing that I will not resign, and I will stand firm against all obstacles, and we will explain to the people how things are going exactly.' He accused the United States and Israel of attempting to rally Gulf countries against Tehran, exploiting internal divisions in Iran to weaken its position.

During the speech, Bruzhekian questioned the source of previous attacks that targeted his country, saying, 'From those Islamic countries that we consider our friends, attacks on our bases have originated, as happened in the Mīnāb school attack, so why do these countries allow America to establish military bases from which they attack us?'. He stressed his absolute rejection of humiliation and domination.

Rejection of Humiliation and Domination

Adding, 'We do not accept coercion, and we do not surrender to injustice, and it would be best if they left us alone and we left them, but they insist on keeping us humiliated.' He denounced attempts to disarm Iran, considering it equivalent to 'crushing Iran as happened in Gaza', asking, 'Do we accept being stripped of our defensive power while we are defeated?'

Bruzhekian denied any expansionist ambitions, distinguishing between Iran's stance and 'the Zionist endeavor to establish Greater Israel', describing Iran's neighbors as 'brothers'. Today, Friday, Iranian President Masoud Bruzhekian confirmed that Iran does not seek to occupy or annex territories or expand, unlike 'Zionist Israel'.

In conclusion, it appears that the Iranian president refuses to surrender to internal and external pressures and vows to stand firm in the face of challenges facing his country.
