Zamalek Approves Transfer of Juan Perez to Shabab Al Ahli Dubai
Zamalek announced through its official social media channels that Brazilian forward Juan Perez will leave the club to join Shabab Al Ahli Dubai after the management approved the deal.

The agreement includes the sale of the remaining period of Perez's contract for a fee of $5 million plus an additional $1 million in incentives. The player will also bear a percentage of any future resale by his former club, Oleksandriya of Ukraine.

Perez joined Zamalek in the summer of 2025 on a contract running until the summer of 2029. In 44 appearances he scored eight goals, delivered twelve assists and helped the team win the Egyptian league title.
The move comes during this summer’s transfer window, reflecting the player's desire to experience the UAE league.
