Xiaomi has officially confirmed the upcoming launch of its next foldable phone, branded as the Xiaomi 18 Fold, set for release next September. This marks a shift from the previous Mix Fold naming convention, aligning with the company's flagship series strategy.
Xring O3 Processor Dominates Benchmarks
The device will be the first to feature the powerful Xring O3 chip, which achieved a record-breaking score of over 5.2 million in AnTuTu benchmarks, surpassing all current smartphone processors. While Apple's A19 Pro leads in single-core performance, the Xring O3 significantly outperforms it in multi-core tasks, demonstrating superior computational power.
The chip architecture includes ten cores with varying clock speeds, supported by high-speed LPDDR6 memory and substantial GPU improvements over previous generations, ensuring smooth performance for demanding applications.
