The Saudi Digital Expo at LEAP 2026 showcased a surge in technological solutions aimed at accelerating digital transformation within the Saudi government sector. The event focused on presenting practical models that integrate artificial intelligence and cloud infrastructure to enhance the efficiency of services provided to citizens and visitors.

Launch of Smart Platforms and Data Integration

The Ministry of Media announced a unified sectoral platform designed to consolidate media services and boost collaboration among relevant entities, while the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah revealed the comprehensive cloud transition of the "Nusuk" system to ensure the continuity and efficiency of religious services. Concurrently, the Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture launched the "Namaa AI" voice assistant to facilitate access to agricultural services via the "Namaa" platform.

Meanwhile, the Saudi Food and Drug Authority introduced the "Pro-Verifier" service, which utilizes artificial intelligence to verify product safety and compliance with official records, thereby enhancing data reliability. The Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA) also signed a memorandum of understanding with Dareen to strengthen technical cooperation, while the Civil Defense presented a future vision for emergency services.

Honoring Digital Projects and Preserving Heritage

Sixty-two government entities were honored for successfully integrating their services entirely into the national "Tawakkalna" app, reflecting tangible progress in unifying the national digital gateway. Additionally, a dialogue session was organized on the role of technology in preserving national heritage, where successful experiments in digitizing cultural heritage and developing it using the latest digital tools were presented.
