Samsung Launches Official One UI 9 for Galaxy S26 Series

Samsung announced today that the stable version of One UI 9 is now available for the Galaxy S26, S26+ and S26 Ultra smartphones, with the rollout beginning in select markets, starting with South Korea.
Update details
The interface runs on Android 17 and requires a download of about 650 MB over the air. New features include My FanCam for enhanced camera handling and the ability to create and edit Now Brief cards using generative AI.
Additional improvements
Now Nudge reduces the number of taps needed to complete tasks. Several apps have been upgraded, such as Creative Studio, Interpreter, Document Scan, and the voice recorder. A new Warranty and Care section helps users manage warranty and service information.
The update is expected to roll out to more users in the coming weeks across other regions.
