Abbas Arrives in Ankara for Bilateral Talks with Erdogan
Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas arrived in Ankara on Tuesday evening for a two-day official visit at the invitation of Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan.

Turkish Trade Minister Omar Polat and Palestinian Ambassador Nasri Abu Jish welcomed Abbas at the airport, amidst tight security and diplomatic arrangements.
Abbas is accompanied by a senior delegation including Ziad Abu Amr, Majid Faraj, and his advisors Majdi al-Khaldi and Mahmoud al-Habbash, highlighting the significance of the trip.
Agenda of Discussions
The talks between the leaders will cover developments in Palestine and the region, as well as strengthening bilateral cooperation between the two countries.
Turkish Presidential Spokesman Burhanettin Duran confirmed the visit extends until Thursday, noting the official invitation extended to the Palestinian leadership.
This visit is part of Ankara's ongoing diplomatic efforts to support the Palestinian cause and enhance political coordination under current regional challenges.
